GW2 Halloween: Act 3 started - Defeat the Mad King! Mehr lesen: http://gw.gameplorer.de/gw2-halloween-akt-3-gestartet-besiege-den-verrueckten-koenig/#ixzz2AfSZbagM
In Guild Wars 2, a few minutes ago was the start of Act 3 of the currently running Halloween events. Just in time by 20 clock there was on the grand plaza in solid Lowenstein also announced a surprise: The Mad King broke out the lion statue. This was completely destroyed and a crazy portal leave ...
Via this portal on the grand solid Piazza will reach you in the " Rise of madness "recommended for a group of 5 gw2 gold players. In Rise of madness you meet - how could it be otherwise - the Mad King, who tried to break to Tyria. The task of your group, it is now, of course, to stop this and to defeat the Mad King Thorn!
Currently it seems the dungeon and also when logging (error 42) give the one or the other problem. How ArenaNet via Twitter emphasizes these problems, however, has already investigated. He also said Martin Kerstein that Act 3 will run for a few days, so everyone get the chance to fight the crazy king. The dungeon is also repeatable.
ArenaNet also there was again an official announcement of the events in Act 3:
Halloween Guide 3, Act
Ding-a-ling! The Mad King was spotted as he burst from the lion statue in Lion's Arch! The statue was destroyed, and it seemed a crazy portal in place. Use it at your own risk!
There is now no doubt that the Mad King is real. The abbey Durmand is of the opinion that he tries to break Tyria. Their prognosis, if it should happen to you, is of apocalyptic proportions. The news that the Mad King is not in such a state of power and rage may be allowed to leave his empire, is spreading like wildfire. ( source )

PvP or PvE gear
I was wondering what will be better to get for someone who does a little bit of both PvE and PvP. Is it going to be like Cata and Wrath where we need 2 full sets of gear to enjoy the wow gold game or can we just get PvP gear for Arena and PvE end game?
While PVP gear will work for PVE endgame as there is no longer any lost secondary stats, it is still lower ilvl then the coresponding lvl of pve gear, valor gear is ilvl 489 while conquest gear is 483. Heroic raid gear is even higher at up to 509 with no upgrade stat wise for PVP gear.
So just pay attention to the iLevel number.
